Welcome to 5 Diamond Detailing.

You accept these terms and conditions by using the 5 Diamond Detailing website. Please do not use our website if you disagree with these terms.

1. Pricing and Services: All listed prices are base prices and subject to change based on the condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles, including but not limited to heavily soiled seats, filthy cabins, pet hair removal, tar, sap, road paint, mud, or extended paint correction. The 3-hour detail is an express service, and if further work is needed, we will inform you at the time of vehicle drop-off.

2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30%, not exceeding $500, is required to schedule any service. This deposit is mandatory and secures your appointment. By placing this deposit, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the deposit is non-refundable. You also agree not to issue a chargeback or dispute the deposit under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

• Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.
• Rescheduling with 168 hours or more notice is at no cost.
• Rescheduling with 167 to 96 hours notice incurs a $50 reschedule fee.
• Rescheduling with 95 to 48 hours notice incurs a $75 reschedule fee.
• Rescheduling with 47 hours or less notice results in forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.

4. Arrival Time: All appointments are scheduled for 8:30 AM or earlier unless otherwise arranged with your booking agent. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, and the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Pre-Inspection: Before beginning any service, a pre-inspection of the vehicle will be conducted. Any additional charges for services required beyond the base price will be communicated to you before work begins.

6. Liability: While we take the utmost care in handling your vehicle, 5 Diamond Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or any issues arising from previous work done by others. We recommend removing all personal items from the vehicle before service.

7. Completion and Pick-Up: You will be notified via text when your vehicle is ready for pick-up. If you have a loaner car, you are expected to pick up your vehicle the same day it is completed.

8. Payment: We accept credit cards for payment only. Tips are appreciated and will go directly to the lead detail tech who worked on your vehicle.

By scheduling an appointment and placing the non-refundable deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any attempt to issue a chargeback or dispute the deposit will be considered a breach of this agreement.

International copyright laws safeguard all information on this website, including but not limited to button icons, graphics, text, logos, and photos, since they are the sole property of 5 Diamond Detailing. All content on this website, including information from the public domain, has been chosen, organized, and coordinated by 5 Diamond Detailing. These elements are the proprietary property of 5 Diamond Detailing and are covered by international copyright laws. Moreover, 5 Diamond Detailing is the owner of all software used on the website.

For an agreement between you and 5 Diamond Detailing to be enforceable, 5 Diamond Detailing must provide written recognition, such as an order confirmation or its execution. 5 Diamond Detailing retains the right, to the maximum degree permitted by law, to fix any typographical or mathematical errors in its invoices, correspondence, and offers.

All prices are given in our designated currency and do not include taxes, duties levied by any governmental body, or shipping and handling fees unless otherwise specified in writing by 5 Diamond Detailing. You will be liable for all such expenses.
